Start a new confidential file
Your name, a mobile number, an email, and a password of at least 12 characters.
We email you a code to confirm your email address. If it isn’t in your inbox within a minute or two, look in your spam or junk folder.
We also text a code to your phone. From then on, a code sent to your phone is your second lock on the file.
How your file is protected
- Every sign-in needs your password and a code texted to your phone.
- Documents are encrypted on your device before they are uploaded.
- The key that unlocks them is held by the practice, not by any cloud vendor.
- We keep your file for three years after it closes, because government rules require us to be able to show our records, and then we securely delete it from our systems.
